Memorial Day weekend promises to bring a lot of banjos and barbecue to North Augusta. The inaugural Papa Joe's Banjo-B-Que is scheduled for May 28 . . . and Doug & the Henrys on May 29. The idea was to continue Pond's legacy of giving while celebrating the bluegrass and barbecue that he loved.
